My Place
The home has a great patio in the front for entertaining or simply enjoying the sun. The family room has high ceilings with ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, and comfy furnishings which make it a great place to relax after a hard day at the beach or nearby Disneyland. The new kitchen is fully stocked and all floors are tiled/wood. The master bedroom has one queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has one twin-sized bed and a set of bunk beds. In addition, the family room also has a queen-sized pull out bed. There is a two-car garage with one spot in the garage and one at the rear of the property. The complimentary washer & dryer are located inside the garage.

This cozy lower level duplex is a short block from the sand in one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California. The place is located at 127 41st Street on the corner of Balboa and 41st Street. We are 8 houses from the beach on the beach side of Balboa. The boardwalk is only five streets away so you can easily bike or walk to the Newport Pier and enjoy one of the many restaurants or bar in the area. Saturday to Saturday rental in the summer time.

In addition to being only a few steps from the beach, the property is an easy stroll from all of the quality cafes, bars and restaurants that Newport Beach has to offer, as well as Newport Pier, tennis and basketball courts, and walking and cycling trails.
