Side and front patios. Left side of garage inside and outside. Parking inside and outside is for standard vehicles only or small SUVs. OVERSIZED VEHICLES WILL NOT FIT IN EITHER SPOT. Parking outside on the left is on the diagonal and the front of the vehicle must not cross over the line on the cement NOR GO OVER THE YELLOW LINE IN THE ALLEY other wise the people on the right can not get out.

Washer and Dryer are shared by the upstairs and downstairs unit.

Other things to note

Please note, the city of Newport Beach is very strict with parties. If you are a renter and you get a noise complain and you have more than 7 people in the house you can receive a $500.00 ticket (tripled during the holidays).
Our place is on the corner of Balboa and 41st Street so you will hear some street traffic
